I’ve lived the extremes from serving in the British army and operating in war zones to building businesses, then losing myself to severe PTSD.
I know what it’s like to be driven on the outside and chaotic on the inside. Reactive, restless, always pushing but never settled.
Through years of discipline, mental mastery and relentless self work, I rebuilt myself into a man who leads his life instead of fights for it.
